Guru has released a line of energy supplements that give you the energy you desire in a twelve fluid ounce can. The lemonade flavor from Guru is by far the best they have released and the can is stunning. Is this drink worth your money?

Lemonade is delicious. Out of all the different flavors this one is my favorite. Both the taste and energy level I got from this drink were through the roof. Fans of ice cold lemonade will find a lot here to rejoice over. This tastes just like the lemonade I use to drink anytime I went to the local amusement. The best part is I don’t have to pay the outrageous $4 price.

Make sure you shake this can up before you drink it. Just like normal lemonade if you don’t give a little shake or some sort of movement you will have a sweet taste towards the middle.

The amount of energy I got from this one was great. Not only did the taste win me over but I was wide awake throughout the night, a good three hours at most. Once my burst of energy was over I felt like my normal self. At no point did I feel like I was ready to crash, at the time I drank this I just knew it was time to go to bed.

There are a total of 115 calories per serving so if you drink this entire can (serving size is still 1.5) then you are looking at a little over 200 calories. This isn’t terribly bad but if you are like me then you might be looking for another can right after your first one.

Final Verdict
Guru Lemonade is by far the best flavor Guru has to offer. The taste is refreshing and it gives you that energy you are looking for. If you are looking for a good tasting energy drink then make sure you pick this one up.
